The Empire came to Qiilura in search of [[Rebel]] troops, only to discover that some of the local farmers were helping the Rebellion by suppling them with much needed support items, such as food. During the Rebels escape, Darth Vader[http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Vader] arrived and dueled Arden, Arden was injured and Warek took up arms, buying time for the escape before being cut down. One of the other Jedi, a man who called himself [[Dormagus]] then arrived to duel Vader, as [[Juan Zezu-Its]] took the injured Arden aboard a rebel transport and they joined the rebellion, in a strictly behind the scenes capacity.

During the years in which Warek and he were hiding, he learned how to be a farmer and lived very much like a regular boy, and even fell in love with one of the local girls. It was through her family he was allied with the rebellion as her family was secretly shipping them supplies in order to prepare for the long war for freedom. Like everyone else in the galaxy they thought all the Jedi were dead or traitors and Warek and Arden did a good job hiding their true nature from them. Things took a turn for the worst when a group of storm troopers arrived to investigate the possible ties to the rebellion, Arden was on his way to their house when he saw the troopers beating on her father... with his jedi training he drew his light saber and ended the skirmish quickly, but word reached Lord Vader and he came to the planet in person. Arden was injured in the dual with Vader, but was rescued by another jedi named [[Juan Zezu-Its]], the family of farmers suffered great loses at the hands of Vader before Warek dueled him to aid in the escape, but Warek was old and slow and was eventually struck down by Vader.

Arden Brandwyn is a Jedi from the days before the Empire[1], though he was only a child. When the Empire rose to power, a Jedi Master named Warek Mychi helped him to escape Order 66[2] and flee to beyond the reaches of the Empire. During the time spent traveling, they met several other escaping Jedi Masters and Jedi Knights[3] one of whom was Juan Zezu-Its. During their exile on Qiilura[4], Arden was trained to be a Jedi Knight while living as a poor farmer. He had friends and he fell in love, but it all ended tragically for him.
